What to have ready
If these apply to your project, having them handy will help us get moving faster:
- Contract, proposal, or a detailed scope of work
- Permit application or existing application information, if one has already been started
- Plans or drawings
- Survey or site plan
- Engineering documents
- Notice of Commencement
- Florida Product Approvals or Miami-Dade Notices of Acceptance (NOAs), if you already have them
- Manufacturer, product, model, or series information for windows, doors, roofing, shutters, or other regulated products
- Existing permit number, correction comments, rejection notices, or other building-department correspondence
- HOA approval or other supporting documents, when required
Don’t have everything? Send what you have. Solunar will review the project and identify the missing administrative items. If you do not have current Product Approval or NOA documents, you can request Solunar’s document-retrieval service through the permit or owner/builder intake form.
